Our story

An Asian food workshop

The Sankou project arose after having the opportunity to verify in the Restaurante El Bund,a pioneering establishment in Madrid offering authentic Chinese cuisine, showcasing how much dim sum is loved in Spain. We set out to launch a workshop where both the fillings and the dough are prepared manually, following traditional Chinese recipes. After a long phase of studying the business, searching for suppliers, and finding a location, Sankou was born, the factory and workshop where we prepare the best homemade dim sum."

Our facilities

A large building with three spacious floors, where kitchens, storage rooms, a workshop, cold rooms, and blast freezers are distributed. 

Additionally, at Sankou Asian Food, we have brought in modern machines from Japan that allow us to produce a large quantity of dim sum to meet demand.
